Candidate is a job search workspace for organising applications, notes, documents and career preparation. You must provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content you add and for having permission to upload it.
You keep ownership of your content. You allow Candidate to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service. Do not use Candidate to infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access.
Candidate Pro is an optional subscription. The current yearly Web plan is £29.99 in GBP, billed once each year. It has no free trial or introductory price. The price and renewal date are shown again at checkout before you pay.
The subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the subscription management link in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid period. If the checkout provider offers a different cancellation route, follow the instructions in your receipt or contact us.
Payments are handled by our billing providers, RevenueCat and Stripe. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are handled in line with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Candidate may change or discontinue features as the service develops. We aim to keep it available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AI-generated suggestions and job information may be incomplete or inaccurate; review them before relying on them for an application or career decision.
You may ask us to close your account by contacting us. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms, where lawful. We are responsible to you as required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
